Deep Work & When: Two Complimentary Books

The main takeaway I took from "When" is that were that we are naturally more productive at different times of the day. Most people have a natural lull from 2-4pm (thank God I'm not the only one!)

And the biggest takeaway from deep work is that we do our most creative work when we eliminate all distractions and tap into "flow."

When combining these two, I'm going to continue optimizing my schedule around times I'm generally most excited about work (morning times for me) and work to use the afternoon times to get outside / have real time conversations with people.
